  • Do we get to meet the sitter before the service starts?
    Absolutely. We love doing meet and greets beforehand. This allows us to get to know your pets and ensure all of your questions and concerns are addressed.
  • Can you adminster medications and/or injections?
    Yes, we have staff trained in adminstering medications AND injections. However, your pet must be open to letting someone new administer medications.
  • What happens if my sitter becomes ill or has an emergency & can't care for my pet?
    Although rare, emergencies can happen. We always make sure to have a primary sitter as well as a backup sitter, so your pets will have someone to care for them.
  • Do you send updates?
    Yes, of course! We love staying in touch, so you're always updated on your pet's well-being.
  • What happens if I have travel delays? Can you still watch my pet?
    Absolutely! We will continue caring for your animals until we know that you have made it home. We just ask that you let us know that you made it home.
  • How many clients do you work with at once?
    We only work with one household at a time to ensure we can give your household all of our attention during your time frame!
  • How long have you been pet sitting?
    Professional Pet Sitters, Inc. opened back in 2008; however, I was pet sitting on the side for friends and family for about 3 years before I founded Professional Pet Sitters, Inc.
  • Do you have any references?
    Yes, of course! They are available upon request.
